David
Kocsis (President)
Prior to Kopera, Mr. Kocsis served in senior management positions at
TeleCruz, Oak Technology and Odeum/Hyundai Digital Media, and in front line
management roles at Western Digital and Chips & Technologies. At these companies, he managed development for DTV and
Digital Set-top Box products, Interactive TVs, DVD players and PC
multimedia products, with a track record of building exceptional software
engineering teams and executing successful projects for major OEMs
worldwide. In his early Silicon
Valley career, he developed microprocessor operating systems and
subsystems.
Vijay Peddada (Vice
President)
Prior to Kopera, Mr. Peddada established and managed offshore development
centers for TeleCruz and NeoMagic, building high-performance engineering
teams in record time and managing the operations with efficiency and fiscal
discipline. Earlier, he managed engineering teams and developed firmware
and drivers for Reply Corporation and Chips & Technologies.
Shreekant Ranade (GM
India Operations)
Prior to Kopera, Mr. Ranade was a senior engineer and project lead in
consumer and PC software development for TeleCruz, NeoMagic and CDAC. He
has helped several companies in the US and India to build and train
high-quality engineering teams and he implemented key software IP on a
contract basis for high profile clients in India.
PVLN Rao (Advisor)
Mr. Rao has 27+ years of experience in engineering and senior management at
Cognizant and TCS. He has operated numerous offshore development centers in
Germany, England, the US and India. He pioneered building viable businesses
from software outsourcing needs and implemented several key program
management and business strategies for major corporations.
